G Munn & Son works with property-management and decorating enquiries throughout our Sutton Coldfield and West Midlands service area.
The condition and use of each area should drive the scope. A corridor subject to constant wear is different from an empty bedroom, and exposed exterior timber needs a different coating system from an interior ceiling. Identifying that difference early helps create a sensible maintenance plan.
